Mono Maker is free. A website account is required to claim and download it. The installed plugin runs locally without login or online activation and does not intentionally transmit audio. Website account and download provisions apply; device activation provisions do not apply to Mono Maker.

Data used by this service

FINDUSTAR uses your email address, product ownership, purchase source and order reference, hashed machine identifier, device label, platform, and plugin version to provide accounts, licenses and downloads. Password authentication is handled by Supabase Auth; the application does not store plaintext passwords.

Device information

Plugins send a hashed machine identifier, not raw hardware serial numbers. Use a generic device label if you do not want to provide a personal computer name.

Security and service providers

Supabase processes authentication, database and file storage. Hosting providers may process operational connection logs. The application uses short-lived, keyed hashes of network identifiers for rate limiting and records events such as redemption, activation and downloads. Session cookies are required to keep you signed in. A preference cookie remembers your language selection.

Requests and support

Contact support@findustar.com to request access, correction or deletion of your account information. Before launch, the operator must document retention and deletion procedures and any records that must be retained.
